Leadership Council

KW CHISPA Leadership Council serves our membership to provide them with value through education and networking opportunities in order to take their businesses to the next level and uplift the Hispanic communities we serve. KW CHISPA’s mission of Creating Generational Wealth in the Hispanic Community  through sustainable homeownership is our driving force. 

The Leadership Council meets regularly as a group, and more often in committees (both formal and informal) to both grow and protect our group’s day to day operations. From it has grown our morning zoom, Impulsa tus Mañanas, our website, educational classes and panels, networking events and our Latino of the Year Award!

KW CHISPA is a network of over 1,500 KW associates and growing!  We strive to be worthy of our position to serve you. Get to know us, get to know the committees. We welcome your ideas, input, and experience!

Our Committees

Five committees steer the growth of KW CHISPA. Need assistance? Have an idea to share or want to get more involved? Let us know.

We are always looking for talented members to help grow the value of KW CHISPA.

The Learning  Committee  implements educational programs focusing on issues important to our members, hosts a calendar of virtual events, and runs the annual panels and masterminds at KW conferences each year.

The Industry Relations Committee  oversees relationships between KW CHISPA, Keller Williams, members of the Press and all external / affiliated groups and organizations for the benefit of KW CHISPA  as a whole.

The Regional Leadership Development Committee  seeks to identify and coach prospective members who are in line with KW CHISPA’s mission to head our regions.

The  Membership and Growth Committee  seeks to provide prospective members with information about KW CHISPA, approves members and assists growth through attracting new members.

The  Networking &  Social Committee  plans and organizes opportunities for members to network and foster both business and social relationships at all major KW events via formal and informal meet ups and gatherings.

Lisa Ortiz-Rodríguez

Lisa Ortiz-Rodriguez is the co-founder of KW CHISPA and founder of The CHISPA Foundation.  She has more than 20 years of legal and real estate experience. Beginning her career in 1993 in the Corporation Counsel’s Office for the City of Chicago working in the Tort, Finance and Economic Development Divisions as well as the Drug and Gang House Enforcement Section dealing with quality of life issues for neighborhoods within the City of Chicago.   In her spare time she volunteered with The City of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services doing intake consultations for clients with problems ranging from landlord tenant issues to bankruptcy issues.  

Eventually taking a position in NYC in the General Counsel’s Office of the largest urban university in the country,  successfully negotiated hundreds of contracts between the University and outside agencies. These contracts allowed students to complete clinical internships at health care facilities all over the country. Lisa continued her volunteer work with The Association of the Bar of the City of New York Pro Bono Project representing homeless families in hearings in regards to their housing issues.  

In 2003 Lisa decided to bring her negotiation skills to the real estate field. She’s dually licensed in NJ and NY with Keller Williams NYC.   Lisa’s legal background coupled with strong negotiation skills have helped her successfully meet and exceed her client’s expectations.  When Lisa isn’t helping her clients with their real estate goals, she’s committed to giving back to the community and supports effective and civic-minded organizations.  Lisa also serves on the Leadership Council of the KW Rainbow Network.

GUILLERMO SAHAGUN

Guillermo Sahagun is a dynamic Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Premier in Katy, Texas, known for his passion for developing agents and building thriving, inclusive communities. As the Co-Chair of Learning for KW CHISPA, Guillermo plays a key leadership role in shaping national learning experiences, strengthening agent engagement, and elevating Hispanic voices across the KW ecosystem.

A dual licensee and experienced instructor, Guillermo is a certified KW Next Gen Instructor and a sought-after bilingual trainer and speaker. He is committed to empowering agents through education, cultural connection, and purposeful leadership. Guillermo’s teaching style blends clarity, energy, and real-world experience, making him a trusted resource for new and seasoned agents alike.

Driven by the belief that representation matters, Guillermo actively collaborates with Market Centers, regional leaders, and national communities to create pathways for growth, inclusion, and leadership development within Keller Williams.

Marina Gamundi

Marina Gamundi is a real estate advisor and investor based in Orlando, committed to helping families build generational wealth through homeownership and smart real estate strategies. She guides clients from purchasing their first home to expanding a profitable real estate portfolio with clarity and confidence.

Marina holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, a foundation that enhances her strategic approach to business, leadership, and real estate growth.

As the Vice President of KW Chispa, Marina plays a key leadership role in elevating Hispanic real estate professionals, fostering opportunities, education, and business development across the Keller Williams community. She is also the Director of KW Wellness Español, and serves as a Wellness and Mindset Coach for the KW Wellness Community, where she leads initiatives that support agents in strengthening their mindset, productivity, and overall well-being to excel in their businesses.

Marina is known for her passion for community, her commitment to high-level service, and her ability to build strong relationships with clients and agents nationwide. Her mission is to empower others, inspire growth, and create meaningful connections that drive long-term personal and business success.

José Correa

REALTOR® | Orlando, FL

REGIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

José Correa was raised in Cali Colombia. Came to the United States at the age of thirteen. Went to school in Philadelphia, graduated from Northeast High School. Few years later José enlisted in the Army, this was a passion of José that he wanted to fulfill. José ended his Military career during the War in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he left the Army with an honorable discharge due to injuries suffered during wartime.  After coming back home to Philadelphia, José decided to head back to school. He attended La Salle University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in International Business and Marketing. José started his real estate career 11 years ago at Keller Williams, where still practices real estate. He started as a dual career solo agent, with time he became a full-time Realtor, where he main focus has always been helping Military families, Veterans and his Latino Community along with Family and Friends. He built a bilingual team (The Jose Correa Team) that covers PA and NJ. José has taken leadership roles within Keller Williams as an Assistant Team Leader,  Team Leader, and now Productivity Coach in his Market Center, and has been part of the ALC for over 9 years. Among other accomplishments, José is a proud member of the Latin American Legion Post 840, currently, José is the proud  Founding President of NAHREP Philadelphia, one of the newest chapters which was just awarded the (2025 Top Producing Chapter) also serving as a board member of the YMCA Northeast Philadelphia, KW Military Ambassador and proud member of KW Chispa & KWEL. His passion is to serve, to help those in need to be the voice that our community needs, to educate, as his priorities have been shaped by experiences he has encountered as an immigrant and Army Vet. José is the proud son of a single mother who crossed illegally to later become a U.S. Citizen. His mother remarried and he has an outstanding relationship with his Father (step-father) José loves spending time with his wife, son and dog, traveling and enjoying family and time with friends. When José is not working you will find him at his son’s sports, long walks with his wife and dog, traveling or enjoying a good gathering with his family and friends. One of his biggest dreams is to help his community to close the gap of homeownership and poverty, he knows that alone this is a hard task and that is why he is always looking to team up with other Latinos that share the same interest.

Bill Knecht

Bill Knecht is a Realtor with Keller Williams Tampa Properties in Tampa, Florida. With 22 years of experience in real estate, Bill consistently ranks in the top 20% of agents. He is versed in serving the entire Tampa Bay area.

Bill has held leadership roles throughout Keller Williams, including multiple stints on his market center Associate Leadership Council and various teaching roles. He is proud to have been one of the early leaders in the establishment of the Keller Williams Rainbow Network.

Bill is a sixth-generation native Floridian, and a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in English Literature. Bill and his husband Joe (now a Realtor after a career in banking) live in Tampa’s Riverside Heights neighborhood with their Cocker Spaniel, Latte. When not working they enjoy their mid-century ranch home, gardening, and travel.

Janette Vidal is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience, known for her strong negotiation skills, sharp market insight, and unwavering commitment to the clients and communities she serves.
