Elena A Cussatti
Originally from Argentina, where I received my degree as an elementary school teacher, I have worked in New York as a Spanish teacher and, also, in the export market. I speak fluently Spanish and English, and understand Italian and Portuguese. Always enjoying public relations, when I moved to Richmond, 2004, I started my new career as a Real Estate professional. Building my business in a strange area was challenging. However, I have enjoyed this profession from the beginning, each one of my clients has become a friend, and they have referred me to other friends and family members. To provide more and better services I joined Keller Williams Realty, mainly because they are the fourth largest Real Estate firm in North America, allowing me to market to over 78,000 agents in our company, 200+ of which are in my office. This gives my clients a wider audience of buyers and the opportunity to sell in a shorter time span. I found that Keller Williams promotes a corporate culture that encourages continuing education and professional development, an ethical approach to all business and a climate that has proven to provide a higher level of services to our clients. Adriana Zuetenhorst
I was born in the beautiful city of Medellín, Colombia. I have always liked to study and enjoy art. I like to meet people from different cultures and when it is possible to paint in oil and write stories. My daily routine includes prayer, meditation and Reiki. Thanks to Real Estate I have been able to support my family, made up of my husband Terry who suffers from Lewy’ Bodies dementia and my son Brighton who is 20 years old and serves as a paralegal in the US ARMY RESERVES. Let’s not forget my dog, a crazy american skimo named snowball. My feeling of infinite gratitude and the memory of all the difficulties I have gone through as an immigrant in the United States and as a real estate agent, inspired me to co-create with my Team Leader ALIANZA HISPANA.I am the first to develop continuous education classes in Spanish in GA, to facilitate the understanding of the contents of the contracts and forms used in Real Estate. This includes the design of certifications to specialize our Hispanic colleagues in areas that were practically reserved for those who speak English, and that require large high money investments to limit their access. Alianza Hispana’ classes have a minimum cost, with a family atmosphere and CE – Credits. Classes are participatory and highlight our wealth and immigrant cultural diversity. The events are open to all brokerages to attract others to our great KW Family.
Additionally I am working together with several school districts to reduce the level of dropout of High Schools, motivating young people, with and without social security, so that they do not leave school. I show the way to them so that with their families they can enter the world of Real Estate and the associated industries.
Alianza Hispana has aroused regional and national interest in providing education in Spanish and bilingual to Hispanic real estate agents. It is, with its positive energy, motivating other agents to learn and value the language. The classes, networking and activities of ALIANZA HISPANA are also raising the “self-esteem” / Assessment as a person and professional of our KW agents who speak Spanish.
